About me: I'm a writer, editor and marketing professional in the publising business. I have experience with book, magazine, and Web publishing--I recently moved to New York to immerse myself with the magazine world and learn everything that I can about the business.

I've been content focused in one way or another for as long as I can remember. I double-majored in Communications and English at UC Davis because I enjoyed and excelled at reading and paper writing, while math and science classes made me want to throw up.

I freelance write and edit for fun and professional growth, and take magazine publishing courses at NYU and Media Bistro. Besides enjoying the publishing side of life, I also like: music, health/fitness, travel, cooking, fine cuisine, rec sports (kickball, soccer, bike riding), yoga/pilates, arts and entertainment, cats, German...and of course hanging out and doing things with people that I care about!
